2010 marks the 48th year of the most popular Arts and Crafts Street Festival in Palm Beach County!! The Delray Affair is held outdoors along the beautiful brick sidewalks and palm tree lined Atlantic Avenue. Each year the streets are opened to pedestrians only from Swinton Avenue to the Intracoastal Waterway.

To get to downtown Delray Beach to shop or to come to the Delray Affair - take I-95 or the Florida Turnpike to the Atlantic Avenue exit in Delray Beach and head east. Vehicular traffic will be blocked NW 1st/SW 1st Avenue (west of Swinton) to the Intracoastal Waterway along Atlantic Avenue. Delray Affair activities will extend north to NE 1st Street and south to SE 1st Street. Traffic going north and south will use US1 (Federal Highway, 5th and 6th) that will be Police controlled.
Admission to the Delray Affair is FREE. FREE parking and handicap parking is available at Delray Beach City Hall parking lot located on NW 1st Avenue and at the parking garages for a $5 parking fee. Also available for free is the Downtown Roundabout that runs from Delray Beach Tri-Rail station on Congress Avenue to A1A.
